ScaleTrax®

ScaleTrax is ClearView’s NTEP/CTEP certified scaling interface for ticketing bulk deliveries across platform scales. ScaleTrax can operate in Kiosk mode for unattended scaling stations or slave to an external DCS/PLC system.

  • Create trucks, trailers, or truck and trailer assemblies “on-the-fly”
  • Single click for Use Last, Reprint, Tare, and other key actions
  • Attach certifications to tickets for applicable deliveries

Sales Management

Future projects can be tracked from inception as a job, through contractor quotation (quotes can be submitted in bulk or individually) to one-click promotion to a project. Daily orders can be converted to a project with a single click and simple to use query screens allows sales to find what they need quickly regardless of where it is in the pipeline.

  • Customer Scoring provides you objective criteria as to who your “best” customers are.
  • Trends allow you to compare how your customers perform against other similar customers.
  • Jobs are easily converted to Quotes and Quotes to Projects with a single click.
  • Affinity Pricing applies to Projects, Customers, or Pricing Tiers.
  • Surcharges such as Standing Time can be set to auto-apply whenever the criteria is met.

Billing

Ticket Review and pricing validation can be a tedious and time consuming task. With ClearView, data is presented in a way that only outliers or exceptions require review. Easy to understand graphics and built in drill through capabilities to view orders and/or ticket data and embedded images lighten this burden so that tickets can move through to invoicing in a timely fashion.

  • Easily mark tickets as audited or time, content, billing hold or as uploaded to Invoicing

Product Maintenance
